The Cholmeley Arms is an Award Winning Country Pub set in an acre of grounds in the centre of the pretty Conservation Area Village of Burton-le-Coggles, between Stamford and Grantham in South Lincolnshire only a few miles off the A1, and our four en-suite bedrooms were completed in 2014. The pub is an ideal stopping off point for those travelling up and down the country, or the perfect place to stay if you're exploring the local area. See the In Our Area page for a few suggestions.

Our four double, en-suite guest rooms, in a separate barn conversion overlooking the garden, are available on a Bed and Breakfast basis, and in the summer breakfast can be served on the patio outside your room.

All rooms can be made up as either a double or twin room - just let us know when you book - and each has complimentary WiFi, Freeview TV, hairdryer, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, and cupboard space. A travel cot is available on request. With their vaulted ceilings, en-suites with shower and bath, and overlooking their own patio area and the garden, they are a lovely place to stay.

The rooms are named after woods on the Easton Estate.

The Cholmeley Arms is open for food in the evenings as well and it is advisable to book a table in the Pub when you book your room as we can get very busy, especially towards the weekend. The kitchen is closed on Sunday evenings, but we will make sure you don't go hungry if you're staying with us then - just ask about food when booking.

Two of our rooms (Parson's Holt and Colley Holt) are dog friendly, but we do ask that you don't let your dog on the furniture or beds, and would prefer it if you didn't let muddy dogs in the rooms. Please ask if you need somewhere to wash your dog down.

Dogs stay for £10, and we will ask you to pay for any damage they may cause.

If you want to book a room, check availability or just to ask them a question, please contact us using the details below.

Please take a moment to look at our Booking Terms and Conditions. Thank you.

If our rooms are fully booked, the Easton Estate has three Loft rooms at Easton Walled Gardens (about 4 miles away). If you'd like stay for longer, they also have two lovely Holiday Cottages - one of which is in the village with another at Easton Walled Gardens.

“The room & en-suite were very well furnished & decorated, modern yet welcoming. We particularly appreciated the oak doors. The verandah was a bonus for sitting out on. We had a superb meal in the restaurant in the evening”
